Head Screw Mount Cable Ties combine the bundling function of standard cable ties with the feature of a screw-mount fixing bracket in a single product. Thanks to the integrated screw hole in the head (mounting hole), it is easily fixed to the desired surface with M4 or M5 screws. Manufactured from high-quality Nylon 6/6 raw material, it offers high mechanical strength in the temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It has flame retardant and self-extinguishing properties in accordance with UL 94/V2 standards. It provides quick and economical installation in electrical panels, automotive wiring harnesses, white goods production, HVAC systems, and external surface lines without the need for additional brackets.
