Hydraulic Cable Lug Crimping Head 50 - 630 mm²

XH250 Hydraulic Cable Lug Crimping Head is an external hydraulic head system developed for pressing heavy-duty cable lugs and connecting sleeves in medium and high voltage applications. With its high 250 kN crimping force and 28 mm stroke, it ensures a safe and homogeneous crimping process on copper and aluminum conductors with cross-sections ranging from 50 mm² to 630 mm².

Featuring a robust body structure and high capacity, the device is equipped with a top head mechanism secured by a safety lock pin and a self-aligning feature for the bottom die within the head. A leather strap for holding the die pin and its ergonomic dimensions facilitate field use. It is fully compatible with copper lugs and sleeves conforming to NFC 20-130 standards and copper/aluminum connectors according to DIN 48083 standard (KZ8 > KZ44).
