Hydraulic Cable Lug Crimping Head 95 - 1000 mm²

XH450 Hydraulic Cable Lug Crimping Head is a high-capacity hydraulic head system manufactured for crimping high cross-section conductors in medium and high voltage power transmission lines, switchyards, and heavy industrial installations. With a 450 kN crimping force and a 35 mm stroke distance, it creates low-resistance, secure connections for copper and aluminum lugs and sleeves within the 95 mm² to 1000 mm² cross-section range.

Featuring a robust and high-capacity body architecture, the device applies precise crimping pressure through its upper head locking mechanism secured by a safety lock pin and the self-aligning die system within the head. It offers stable usage by being fixed onto a workbench via its side connection structure. It is fully compliant with copper connection elements conforming to NFC 20-130 standards and copper/aluminum lugs and sleeves conforming to DIN 48083 standards (KZ14 - KZ60).
