Crimping Pliers - Uninsulated / Small (Force Adjustable)

Crimping Pliers are manufactured for use in precision electrical connections, electronic board assemblies, and small cross-section uninsulated terminal applications. It works in perfect harmony with small cross-section uninsulated cable ends and plug-type terminals.

The integrated crimping force adjustment mechanism (ratchet / torque adjustment bolt) allows for precise adjustment of the pressing hardness according to the terminal structure. This prevents thin-structured terminals from being excessively crushed and deformed or separating from the cable due to insufficient pressure. With its jaw structure that provides homogeneous pressure distribution, optimum contact between the cable and terminal, low resistance, and high mechanical holding force are achieved.
